Returns

• Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
• To help us assist you better, we kindly request a clear package opening video as proof of the defect.
• Please raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.

Exchanges

• Once your return is approved, you may exchange the product.
• If the same item is unavailable, you’re welcome to choose another piece from our available collection of equal value.

• A short description of the issue
• The package opening video clearly showing the concern

Our team will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
